Dirt Monkey teamed up with Christian Acamo for their eccentric new collab “Purpose”, out now through Dirt Monkey's own 19K Sounds record label. Combining experimental funk with electronic and dub roots, this beast is a slappin' new addition to Dirt Monkey’s numerous 2021 releases. The fresh new tune features Christian Acamo’s beautiful voice on top of winding rhythms and cascading breaks. The vocals pair well with the sound production as they emphasize emotion to build up epic sections of the track. Dirt Monkey also recruited INCEDIGRIS once again to contribute the unique album artwork, the latest in a series of visuals commissioned between the two.
