tsimba is back with a monstrous new project, the Useless EP. Kicking the EP off with funky fresh vibes, “Heated,” is full of squelching sounds and steamy bass lines. With a variety of tempos, this track is a stellar introduction to the record. The title track “Useless” follows up and delves further into deep bass influences. "Useless" stokes fiery energy before unleashing a bone-shattering collection of wubs. “Hotwire” then takes the Useless EP to a whole new level. The high-energy inferno that has been brewing to this point is on full display as tsimba showcases his masterful composition skillset through screeching breaks and clean transitions. Closing out the EP, “Hell Bomb,” is a chaotic collaboration of wubs and dubs. This head-boppin’ tune captures the high-energy moments of the EP and sets them in stark contrast to the simple hip-hop-influenced rhythms that stand as a foundation for the track.
